Dremus makes it easy to manage and communicate with your customers.
When a customer creates an account or completes the checkout process, Dremus will store their information automatically which can be accessed under Customers -> Your Customers. A complete list of customers will be displayed on this page.
Adding new customers
To create a new customer click New Customer. Complete all the required fields (details around specific options is below) and click save. Any errors will be presented and explained within the tab the error is showing.
Dremus Groups are a way of organizing customers into logical or business orientated groupings. These groups can then be used for applying specials, discounts or allowing access to view prices within your store.
To create a new group click New. Complete the name field and click Add. Any errors will be presented with an explanation of the problem.
Dremus coupons (or discount codes) are a great way to reward existing customers or entice new customers into your store.
To create a new coupon click New Coupon. Complete all the required fields (details around specific options is below) and click save. Any errors will be presented and explained within the tab the error is showing.
- Code the unique code which will be sent to your customers
- Type percentage or fixed amount of order total
- Discount the value of the discount e.g. $10 or 10%
- Total amount does the order have to reach a minimum amount before the coupon can be used
You may then select which products you'd like the coupon to eligible for. By selecting none, equates to all products.
