Collections

Organize your products by grouping them into categories.

You can base these categories on similar product criteria, prices, sizes, styles – it's up to you! These collections will be displayed on your storefront to help customers easily browse through your products, find what they are looking for, and get a good idea of the kinds of products you offer without having to click through every single one.

Click ‘New collection’ to add a collection. You will now be presented with a series of tabs on the left hand side. Navigate through each tab and complete the applicable fields. If you’re unsure what a field means, click the help icon (?) for an explanation.

Click ‘save’ when you’re done.

If there are any errors, you’ll be presented with a message of what went wrong. Otherwise you’ll be directed back to the store collection list.

Collection hierarchies are achieved through Parent associations. For example the very top collection might be "Footwear" and a sub-collection of 'Footwear' might be 'Sandals' therefore you would associate 'Footwear' as the parent collection of 'Sandals'.

Deleting a collection is permanent so be sure this is something you want to do. Select the collection(s) you wish to delete by checking the box next to the name. A blue bar will be presented at the bottom of the page, click Delete selected.

From the store collections list, click the name of the collection you wish to edit. You will now be presented with a series of tabs on the left hand side. Navigate through each tab and update the fields you wish to change. If you’re unsure what a field means, click the help icon (?) for an explanation.

Click ‘save’ when you’re done.
